We prioritize smooth appointment scheduling, starting with an email confirmation upon booking and a courteous text reminder the day before your scheduled session. No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Please note that we cannot guarantee direct billing. All new clients must complete their online intake forms upon arrival.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows disrupt our ability to accommodate other clients. Additionally, as our practitioners are independent contractors, missed appointments result in lost income.

According to our policy, failure to attend your appointment without 24-hour notice incurs a 50% fee of the booked treatment cost.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, please notify us via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so, along with a missed appointment, will result in enforcement of the above policy.
